First, let us know your aspirations. No experience necessary. Take your time and work your way up to becoming a craftsman. Many of our employees have been active in the company after transferring from other occupations or industries. First, work with senior staff to understand the workflow. A senior member of the team will be by your side to instruct you on how to do the work. After that, you will continue to work as a team, so don't worry, you won't be left to work alone all of a sudden. If you don't understand something, you can always ask.

This job will give you a steady income once you have acquired the skill. We also have holidays such as national holidays, New Year's holidays, summer holidays, and Golden Week holidays, so you can fully refresh yourself. * Generally, you will have weekends off, but you may be required to work on holidays during busy periods. In that case, you will be paid an allowance.
